Starting times for regular season meets are 3:30pm on Friday (3200m and field events other than triple jump) and 11:00am Saturday (triple jump begins at 10:00am on Saturday). The only exception to this is that the start times on the day of the Chena River Run (May 11) will be one hour later. Region Championships have starting times of 3:30pm on Thursday and 11:00am on Saturday.
Coaches' meetings begin at 3:15pm on Fridays, and 10:15am on Saturdays (11:15am on Chena River Run day).
